crapitol opens in april i think the 10th i plan on being there to run brackets pretty much same price as fri nights T&T and its a 3 hour T&T plus you get to compete to get your money back

14.02 with no LSD on my gram lights with the neg 5 camber not gonna lie I do not have allot of drag experience. I am hoping for that to change this year

the mods were CAI, and NISMO exhaust and TP's other then that just the weight saving and suspension no other power.

ive spent a ton of time at the track though this past year. So I know what I need to do and what is required and all that. Now its seat time

Damn barney I'm glad you're really into this... I finally have a track buddy out here I've been sticking with crapitol for the same reasons... 10 minutes from my house in case something breaks. But crappy as everyone says it is, some good times have been laid down there... just not consistently.

DJ-I really hope to get with you and the Mid-A crew to let you borrow the slicks this season.

Capital is good for ET, weak for trap. I ran 11's there with less than 400whp, but the trap sucked compared to what I did at MIR at the time.

OP-I look forward to seeing what you can do this season.

Capital has always been pretty good to me......it just sucks how crowded it is for Fri night T&T. I trap 107-107.5 there and at Cecil.

which is why if your schedule allows it you need to run brackets on saturday

$30 for street class and then you get allot of track time > 12-3 is test and tune. then the brackets start make it 3rd round or deeper and you can earn your money back or make money

That's why I get there at 5:00 and leave by 6:30... within that time you can get pretty much as many runs as you want, minus cool down time.

The track itself is not bad, its the people there I hate.

Ive seen the Glen Dirty car scene in its best time when cops used to NOT stake out on Ritchie and "racing" was at its best (10yrs ago!). Now its a ticket trap, and only junk cars/trucks hang out at the old spots.

The abundance of f@ggotry at the track and mean mugging by people in NA Lancers with Evo wings is enough to make me want to burn the motherfawker down...

damn that sucks. my track is all american muscle guys that are there to race not run their mouths. The track closer to the military base is alot of import guys.

it really seems that as soon as import guys show up, it always goes to hell. I dont know if its just the ricer mentality, the age, or what but I know what you are talking about.

I agree with you on fri nights, you ever run brackets on saturdays?? I went with my ex this year and she raced pro drag and on saturdays its pretty much all serious racers.

Saturdays is much better than any T&T

I never bracket raced, but I should have. Numerous times once dialed in I run within .1 every run, no matter if 3 passes or 10 I never figured to try and competing from that angle.

The thought of "losing" to an auto Geo Metro on a dial in is ehhhh $hitty.

I'll bring the car out, but wouldnt run it @ Crapitol....

My bike is sloooooow down straights so no point in running it, but I def will make it out more this season.

Its hard juggling the car and bike, especially since this summer Im doing my first NESBA track day on 2 wheels. I fear I wont touch the car again after that!
