Default Is a stiffer engine mount available for the GTM VQ35HR TT Kit?

Hi,

Im riding a built stage 2 GTM VQ35HR TT Kit. The engine now sits approxx. 0,5 cm higher than stock. Today we wanted to change the stock engine mount into a stiffer one, but it didnt fit. There is 1 cm room between the bolt and the mount. My question is: Are there any stiffer engine mounts out there for the HR GTM TT guys?
Thanks,
Alex.

Doesn't the GTM kit come with spacers for the oem mount? If so you could use those to fill your gap.

that or just stack fender washers, assuming the bolts are long enough on the motor mounts.

Thats what I used on my solid mounts.

I still can't believe they designed their kit and messed up on the headers and had to use spacers on the motor mounts so the downpipe would clear the steering shaft.....

Check out sound performance solid engine mounts. I believe I read that they are longer that stock.

In order to be able to fit six different turbo options with 9 different A/R's housing, spacing the engine was a must, And in my opinion it is a small compromise for what the kit can offer.

I hope this makes sense

Sam
