Default Greddy TT kit?

so i think i will go with the greddy TT base kit.

https://my350z.com/forum/vendor-grou...ow-prices.html

but i heard you loose the front mount with the greddy kit

you guys think its worth it or should i go with the APS TT kit?

i heard the APS is more reliable?

not looking to go over 500whp, cause i heard once again greddy tt give you more potential for higher HP

thanks

OP, if cutting the front support concerns you, then F/I is most likely not for you. Putting any TT kit on your car most likely = flushing $10K and future resale value of the car down the toilet. Like Berto said, the front support isn't going to save you anyhow.

Nice to see Rude back whee he belongs.

Personal experience..... Front bar does NOTHING in a wreck. Your seat belt is your best protection..... TRUST ME!

ya but it is perfectly useful in the 5 mph fender bender that you are more than likely going to be involved in.

no crash bar means going from maybe just a new bumper to possibly new IC, radiator, AC condensor, timing cover....

that said, i dont have a crash be either. I need to fab something up to remount my tow hook though!

^^ thats the exact problem I had last year at the track. No tow hook on the front, had to use the rear hook, and steer backwards lol

Someone needs to make some and sell them, ive seen custom bars...

the way i look at it... my new intercooler setup is bolted to the same place as the crash beam.... and its f'ing huge and heavy. i think it will absorb more than that crash beam did. so... could always pick up the greddy kit with no IC and build your own intercooling crash beam like i did
