I drove my car a hard 9000 KM and it ran like a champ and the tune was data logged and it was great until one day some m***f***R asked a friend of mine (hasn't midz blown blown his engine yet) 3 hours later KABOOM!!!

Running fine? It sounded like something was wrong in the videos.

There is a pretty big price difference (to me at least) between a short block build and a long block build, for 500-600hp, I wouldnt touch the heads, specially HR. Short block build is what I would recommend, our VQ heads are designed pretty damn good, look at Hal's new record, with untouched heads as far as machining and porting is concerned.

Short block! Do it!

gotcha, i've decided to do the full short block and am looking at forge performance's short block they have, from the specs', its got more than enough to keep my happy for the power i'm looking for, thank you for the inputs everyone!
