Default Z1 Motorsports Install: GTM Stage 1 TT Kit 370Z 7A 456 RWHP

We took delivery of this beautiful blue 370Z 7A (7 spd Automatic) from a customer a few weeks ago with intentions of installing a GTM Stage 1 Twin Turbo System and producing a NASTY street sleeper. The installation was straight forward and despite being the first twin turbo 370Z we've built everything went together very well, in our eyes there are zero fitment issues with the GTM kits and they are very well thought out and put together.

Now on to the proof before the pics or GTFO crowd gets after me....

A showroom shot of the car as the parts package arrived from GTM....my office in the background....holla!

The lead technician on this build was Spencer. Here he is getting to work.

Stripped down and ready to drop the engine.

Using our custom engine dolly we are able to drop the engine and trans assembly from the bottom and make for a clean work area when installing the turbos.

Manifold Close Up during the fitting process.

After losing a battle with a box knife our technician returns to work on the install.

Going back in....

Close up of the GTM supplied modified steering knuckle and the Aeroquip firesleeve protectant we added to the wiring harness.

Z1 Oil Cooler Kit using a Setrab Series 6 34 Row Cooler and stainless steel braided lines.

Installed and ready for tuning, a custom GTM reflash was supplied and installed via Osiris.

All buttoned up and ready to roll.

Looks stock from here....

And the dyno sheet. No A/F on the dyno print out as we were using an in car PLX at the time of tuning.

Z1 Motorsports is your east coast source for parts and installtion on GTM turbo and supercharger systems. Feel free to contact us for quotes, for parts hit me up directly, for service contact John Parham (service@z1motorsports.com) or (770-838-7777 ex 311)

Thanks for looking!

It is quite possible. No immediate plans but we do happen to have a set of custom Wiseco low compression pistons on the shelf for a VQ37 build. Right now we plan on keeping the white car NA and using it as a test platform for new products.

We only had to do minor adjustments with the Osiris. It's a GTM/Uprev reflash with tweaks by Z1. Boost is 7psi and this thing is a beast.

Thanks.

This car will catch people off gaurd in a major way. It just looks 100% stock from the outside, even the intercooler is well disguised behind the OEM grille.

Hi question:
-I read in another thread that the stg 1 kit, is known to overboost because the turbo's are to small for the engine.. Is this still the case and have you experienced any such problems?

Thanks,
