I saw that Kerry had his car back and have been meaning to call him. Did you guys not have this car back in December/January for this build?

Thanks,
We haven't seen any issues on the dyno or on the street with the car in regards to boost spikes or surging.

Right now our only concern is with the automatic transmission, we're installing a fan driven cooler on it soon and may ultimately have to do a valve body upgrade to make it hold up.

The car spent most of that time in the show room just outside of my office. We had several projects in front of it that had to be finished in order to get a technician freed up to work on this car.

Looks great - congrats to the owner and Z1 for the install. Any upgrades to the 7AT? (I've not heard of any being available) Other cooling mods? Might want to suggest putting at least put a big trans and oil cooler on there...

Thanks RC. It has an external tranny cooler and 34 row Z1 oil cooler. But it needs more tranny cooling. I think the Stillen valve body will be out sometime this summer.

The 7AT should be the same unit thats in the M56 with 420hp and 417lbs of torque. It should hold.

Shouldn't have any oil temperature issues honestly, the oil cooler we're using is very efficient is well sized for the application. We're far more concerned with transmission fluid temps than oil temps at this point.

2-3 hours of hard driving and it starts to slip due to fluid temperature. We've going to install a larger cooler with it's own dedicated fan as soon as we can get the car back down here. Really needs a valve body upgrade to hold uo long term.
