well I'll try to explain this simple. I'm not sure ur boost but on higher boost when boost firsr comes on ull have a hit of tq at that point. That's normal with turbo spool.
in vas's situation it is different. At only 4 psi the torque will come on more like an n/a car which means the highest point of tq will be at the standard peak near 5k. It isn't a large amount of boost to cause a significant "kick" down low. Bascially he's going from 0 to 4 psi verses prob 0-8 psi on a normal setup. Thats's double the boost down low therefor a huge kick in tq down low.

Very good point. Vas I assume it is installed. Picture of what it is and where it goes:
I hope to have my car back on the ground in about 3 hours, and then I can go for a rip.
I will post back with my results, and where the boost comes on with the larger T4 turbine, vs the old T3. I had to redo a bunch of stuff on my old set up, so it is identical to the setup Vas has on his car. New DP with recirculated w/g and a few other things.

why would you expect that? i didn't have a code with osiris and still don't have any codes with my haltech.
You should never "expect" just because you are FI that you are supposed to have codes.

Results
Well, like I said earlier, I stayed at home to modify my kit to fit the same turbo that Vas has. It took me all day, but I finally got it done and have some results.
I have to say that the T4 6262 .58 a/r is an awesome turbo, I will leave it on the car and prefer it over the T3 6162 .81a/r that was in there before.
When it spools up, it sounds incredible and pulls harder (at least if feels like so) than the old T3 6162
Here are a few shots of my data log with this turbo. This is a 3rd gear pull, spring pressure only in the w/g and a .6 (8.82psi) bar spring. There are no other mods done to the car, and this is with the Ebay 3" Megan racing knock off exhaust (restrictive muffler). Wastegate is recirculated, and you can see neart the top of the RPM range the boost/rpm is a bit spiky. This is do to bumpy roads, so traction was not 100% at that time.
Here is 3.5psi @ 2964rpm:
6.3psi @ 3305rpm
9.2psi @ 3632rpm
8.4psi @ 6161rpm
Clearly this turbo is well matched for the VQ.
On that note. Vas, since you don't have any boost leaks (tested) I would suspect that you have some massive exhaust leaks. Use your man muscles and tighten up the header bolts, and the T4 flange bolts. These results tell me that the turbo/setup is just fine.
If you can't get to the T4 bolts and tighten them with the turbo in there, you may want to turbine from the turbo.
EDIT:
Also, make sure that the V-band flanges on the crossover are "true". When they come together they should lign up perfectly. If they don't, loosen up the header bolts, and line them up. When they are flush put the V-band clamp on and tighten it well. At this point go back and tighten the header bolts. Don't do it in revers.
The only other thing I can do is book a flight, come over B-slap you and do the install....

Props to Boosted Performance with the customer service and all. This thread is inspiring. I love when people get creative espeically when it comes to boost. Looking forward to more pics and vids of this setup.

I should note that there will not be a T3 turbo option. I will switch to a true T4 flange, over the T3/T4 flanges.
This will make things simpler for me, and give the end user a variety of turbo option with the 67mm being the top dog.
This issue Vas is having was driving me nuts. I had to spend the day duplicating his set up just to be 100% sure that there is nothing wrong with the kit. Clearly everything works as it should. Now we just have to get Vas on the right track...

/\ I wish you routed the charge pipe on the right side (passenger side) so it will be easier for me to switch. Well that is if you are willing to sell me a tuner kit.. more like a tuner/tuner kit because I just really need everything before the IC...lol
