understandable. with 15+ foot of exhaust piping on the sts kit it might make a difference.
i only use heatwrap to reduce temps around the exhaust. I have yet to find benefits in performance between heatwrap and non-heatwrap on any of my cars or race bikes.
i guess with the right numbers anyone can prove gains on anything though.
is it on the dyno yet? updates? u got a smart phone right? we should get like up to the SECOND updates on this... we've all been waitin foreeeevvveeerrrrr! good luck!
This was at 7 pounds... It's a lot better than last time... But it's not holding boost steady even with ebc on.. So it's off the dyno to do a pressure test and smoke test ..n check again . I'll report bak when I have more info... My luck is sucking .. Ugh well see

Make sure yo check those bolts on the exhaust side again. I know you said it is a 3 hour drive to your tuner. If they were not tightened well, one may have come loose.
Either way sounds like progress, those were nice numbers for 7psi.
My car is holding 9psi with the T4 6262 with less duty cycle on the EBC than with the T3 6162.
