i bought a 350z chrome silver and it come it extreme twin turbo kit in texas im wondering if any one on here know who the previous owner is bc i need some good about the car
it 2003 track model with leather and eibach sway bar and some suspension work well i really need help to see if it a built motor or not or if there a way that i can help out the motor is built? please helppp
If he bought it from a dealer he should go to the dealer, explain the situation and get in contact with the previous owner.
Regardless I don't see how any dealer that would by a Turbo'd car would do so without knowing anything about it. Sounds like theres a good chance the OP got the big weenie on this one
I bet theres something jacked up mechanically on that car
i bought it at the dealership they wont release the previous owner bc it was a repo. the car run great alot of power but i want to make sure the motor is built so i dont have to spend money to build when the car barely have 35k miles and also the kit was still brand new
Without opening up the engine you cant really tell. Just treat it like its a stock engine and only run it in the high 300s and you'll be good, whether its stock or not.
i bought it for 17k it seem like a good deal and everything run perfect i did bodykit to it as u can see in my pix... i took it to the shop the bottom end pull out and timing chain cover pull out but im not sure if it built bc it very low miles for anything to break down please help me ps im really appreciate you guy helping me out

If the motor had internal work done to it, you would know. How does the car idle?
Jesus I can't believe anyone hasn't said anything about your grammar, or lack their of.
yeah, for real...
slow down man! be sure to list as many details as possible. Post as many pictures as possible, then someone might recognize it. However with the limited info, "I bought a turbo car at a dealer" no mention as to where (exactly), from what dealer etc, no one will be able to give you any info aside from what has already been said.

I think it's better to try and contact the dealer. Even if the idle is higher then oem spec, the other owner could've just change cams but leave the block stock.
17k for a 350, w. an APS turbo and internal work? Seems like a crazy deal or someone elses problem.
How come the car wasnt checked up and down before you bought it?
