Now I really want to go so I can be there when it pops just so I can say that I saw it go boom!
heheheehhehehehhe
JK!
Hope you hit your targets!
I do have to say this is the first time I've really looked at franks work more then just simply viewing the pictures, he seems to work very clean and everything seems well thought out.
Maybe flipflops gives him that little extra heavenly clean ability

I had the idea of 500whp, but I feel like that's pushing it. It should be fun to drive on the lowest boost setting. I'm going with whatever both Frank's recommend.
Yea I couldn't be happier with how clean the install looks. It's gotta be the flipflops...

Hope not! . Let me know if there's anything about the build you would add/change for more safety. I figured the 1-step colder plugs would help a bit lol.

Main thing is oil level, FI tends to use oil, making sure its always topped off is a good idea.
500WHP, if it wasn't an HR I'd laugh, but I don't know much about what the HRs can hold. I do or at least think I know, the old school 350Z motors weak points are the rods. I was told a handful of times that the breaking point tends to be around 400Wheel Torque
Does the HR have better rods? One thing is for sure 500 crank horse power should be an easy target.

Safety? Hmmmm, I'm sure Frank has you covered. Just don't go playing with your boost controller and make sure you watch your oil level as with checking all the lines going to/from turbo, boost controller, and try to take a peak at the turbos/waste gates lines from time to time.

the HR motor is able to hold about 550hp safely on the stock block. Nissan improved the HR over the DE and the rods was one of major improvements. since everyone complained about the rods in the older models, nissan listened. The HR is a great platform to work from IMO. MDHRZ 500hp is attainable safely. Im jealous, I will soon be doing the same set up as you. looking forward to seeing the final results.

Frank, Frank, and myself were scratching our heads until about midnight tonight trying to sort your ride out.............perplexing issue. Hopefully be up and good by Tues. I have some vids for you.......from the 378whp at 5psi runs. The car is so loud it hurts a little bit.
I post this because I like the little fireworks under the car......This was at about 10pm or so.
