Is this on craigslist? BE CAREFUL. Some dude was trying to scam me on a "complete" and insanely cheap Vortech V3 setup on there not too long ago... The resolution of the pics looks like craigslist.

Craigslist has always been cash and carry. If the OP takes someone and goes down there to meet with the seller, as long as they inspect everything and it checks out he should be ok.
Personally I'd never paypal someone money for a purchase on clist.
