Powerlab problem
First I'll start with the a little backstory. I was doing a highway pull when all of a sudden the motor cuts off, dash lights come on and there's smoke coming from under the hood. The first thing to come to mind as I coast to the side of the road is that my motor blew. I get out of the car and pop the hood and notice a gap between the turbine housing and the downpipe(turns out the bolts backed out).
Once the car was back home I did an inspection and noticed a few things
1. 3 of 4 bolts on the turbine back out
2. A plug was melted(see pic)
3. All fluids seem to be at the appropriate levels
4. When I put the key in the ignition and turn to the ON position the radiator fans come on and stay on.
5. The car does turn-over but won't start
So far I've replace the utec and walbro with the stock parts to see if it would change anything.(It didn't) I went to the dealership and picked up a replacement for the plug that melted. When I went to install the plug I noticed the wires were different colors.
The wires from the harness are:
1 green wire and 1 yellow wire with a green stripe
On the new plug the wires are:
1 red with a green stripe and 1 red with a blue stripe
Also I've checked all the fuses( multiple times lol) and looked around for burnt/melted wires.
Any help or ideas?

There is a set of fuses behind the battery in that area and a large plastic shield needs to be removed (You will need to remove the shield around the wiper blade and the bottom of the windshield too). Your ECU fuse is blown (the reason the fans run all the time). Replace this fuse and your car will start. Go to Autozone and check for codes, P1136 (Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering) will be the code you get. You will need to get a new ECU. Hopefully this is not the case but P1136 = Fried ECU

Oh and just take the old bad plug and match up the wires so you know which ones go where even though the colors are different on the new plug.

you just cant hot swap. needs to be dealer reprogrammed at 150$ or so. Easy to know if ECU is fried. Smoke is a good sign though
