i have an exceptionally low threshold for this type of behavior. i wonder if he has an estate? anyone know. surely he has significant unpaid debts. was anyone ever successful in civil court? was he ever charged/convicted in criminal court of any wrongdoing? sounds like a lot of blatant conversion/theft.
for a while i've been saying - "why don't you just kill yourself" when dealing w people as it tends to end conversations and i don't like to argue moot points.
this is a fantastic example of someone taking that very advice.
i wonder just how low of a point he reached? that's gotta be a pretty dark place.
he must have known that was the path he was taking given that he knew EXACTLY WHAT THE **** HE WAS DOING.
so good riddance.

I'm pretty sure suicides don't have a payout. Other than that, if he had life insurance, there should be a payout to the beneficiary.....which should be all the people he screwed over.

Yeah.... MOST insurance will not pay out if the policy holder/s take their own life. My policy has it in bold letters....if you have a policy 1 million dollars or over ....they will NOT pay out. With the economy the way it is.... There would be a run on claims from people killing themselves to help their families if they allowed it.
