I know I'm really late to this thread, but I'm so shocked I feel I have to respond. I was Michael's girlfriend for three years, and eventually his fiancee, ending in 2008. I lived with him when he was operating VRT. The "shop" was in our garage for a time. Michael was a complicated man. I was only 19 when I met him, and as I grew up I realized what a sociopath he was. He lied to, and stole from many people.

BUT this man had 3 children when I knew him, and a fourth after we broke up. Their names are Anthony, Alex and Dominique and they are great kids. They loved their dad, and he was a very good dad. Even if he wasn't a great man. He loved his children.

I stumbled upon this because I felt curious as to what had come of him, and I'm so shocked and saddened to discover this. It is a simple thing for you guys to be so callous, and believe me - I was devastated and crushed at the end of our 3 year relationship, I know more evil things about him than probably very many other people, so I understand, but then I remember his kids. They loved me and I loved them, and I'm so sad to know that this has happened to them. Does anyone on here have anymore information? Does anyone know why?
