My guess is that Terry got fed up with his 3 year build and moved on to a different platform.

Wow, only 2 pages? If that guy posted over here he would have been flamed for at least 4 pages by now. Step your game up G35driver.

Rich and Jorge have it right IMO.

I don't have much to say while the car is still in pieces. Besides, who really cares about the build the 5th time around. Heck, I don't even care about it much anymore.

^hahaha. ya even if I am bored at work, so still dont even log in over there much anymore.

I'm hoping to try some new things here in the next 2 months, I think Sharif is already getting worried . Project is finally moving forward, but dont wanna count the chickens before they are hatched.

Chris, any news/decisions on moving forward? I talked to Dave(?) at headgames the other week and mentioned ya. He seemed like a good guy. Wish I had money for his heads..

Moving at a snails pace making decisions about what to do. Surrounded by fail at every turn. I bought a stock longblock and was considering getting some used APS turbos to run around on stock block power for the season, but the longblock was cooked with oil consumption so that plan was out.

Bought another shortblock to use as a donor to build. UPS dropped the block right on one of the head locating pins and broke the pin off the block, so block is trashed and not useable as a core. Working with the seller for over a month to get my money back through the UPS claims process, but they deal only with him and of course he is too broke to just send me my money back right away . When will I learn that the classifieds are full of fail if they are not a known F/I member in good standing.

I miss the car periodically, but just got my second speeding ticket in 4 months yesterday, so maybe I should just keep waiting on the build for now.

All I know is, this forum is not the same without him and his informative posts

I'm still here. I've been swamped with work... I should catch a breather after the first of the year.

Hopefully I have my car back together before year end. It has been a long hard road with setbacks due to the custom block modifications, but hopefully we have all of our ducks lined up at this point. We have a new shortblock that arrived from GTM this week. The R&D on flatdecking the VQ35DE block has been way more time intensive and way harder than we ever imagined.

Still the 4.0L stroker. There were some touch ups on the welding. I'm going to try to get into Japtrix on Friday to take a look at everything. At this point, we should be ready to get back underway.
