The car is nasty for sure now. You'll see what I mean when you get your blower back. Going from 340whp to 440whp in just two tuning sessions makes an incredible difference. My tuner was making some good gains (and less boost) by adjusting the intake cam timing. We had to call it a night before we got too crazy because we felt like we were already pushing the limits of my stock motor. This setup still has more power to be unleashed, IMO.

Thanks! I'm glad I was able to put down some decent power.

what kind of psi are you seeing now with this set up? you using the 2.62 pulley for this? Take that beast to the track and see what you can do with all this new found power!

nah, i was making more than that with no issues for well over a year and like 80 passes at the strip. i was like 451/405 on my UTEC. plus that max trq is pretty close to your redline so you dont spend alot of time at those rpms

I was seeing 18psi. After some intake cam timing adjustments, I finished with 17psi.

Were those numbers from a dynojet?

How's the car running with all that boost/torque on stock block? Going to the 1/4 track anytime soon?

The car is running great. It's a blast to drive.

I plan on going to the track as soon as I get a fuel damper fitting from CJM. I got the weds and DRs ready and waiting.

On the bright side...maybe time to build your engine and go for max power with the 928 blower...

I'm hoping that there's no serious damage to the motor. Any update?

Thanks for the concern guys. So far, I haven't had any time(and funds) to investigate further. Between work and trying to purchase a new home, I haven't been able to do much. I think I may pull the oil pan on Memorial Day to see if I can find evidence.

Once I get into the new house, and can pinpoint what's up, I'll be able to start planning on what to do. 350z006 is selling his YSi, and I've been keeping my eye on it.

I'll post up as soon as I find out what exactly happened and future plans.

After everything I've been through with my V3 blower, I've decided to go with:

Because I need a new shortblock, I figured i'd upgrade to the YSi. Currently, my goals are to make as much power as I can safely on pump gas.

Props to 350z006 for providing such a great deal on this blower. He even had the blower re-inspected before shipping it to me!

I guess I need to re-title this thread or start a new one since I'll no longer be running a V3 blower.
