Boost and Stock block = SLOW.
lets see, i've seen my friend crash his car late at night street racing, and working in an ICU, taken care of a few people who've crashed street racing, so i can tell you that it definetly is not worth it.
"Bragging" about not street racing? you're completely off; I don't street race because it's a waste of time. If I was really curious how fast my car is, i'd take it to the drag strip or road course.
So you went around with a bunch of +60 years olds at night, to see who was the fastest? That makes it acceptable? Riiight.
It's one thing to take your car out at night to enjoy your newfound speed; it's another thing to engage in speed exhibitions with another person.
But what do I know...sounds like i fall into the first category of your Z/G owners. What you do with your life won't change my opinion, just like my opinion won't change yours.

Who gives a $hit if the guy does runs on the street?
Im sure we all do things that put ourselves and possibly others in danger, I mean just simple speeding can cause accidents, harm and death to oneself and others and Im sure everyone here has done that at once.
Lets stop with the mom speaches and either discuss the guys concerns or STFU. If the OP is anything like me, he will do what he wants regardless of what anyone thinks.
