extra octane for safety is never a bad idea. low chance of getting bad gas but it can happen. consistant intake temps helps when drag racing all days. My junk would get heat soaked like crazy sitting in the lanes waiting to make a pass when it's 100* outside.

my Intake temps are pretty good, the IC is definitely doing its job. I dont see the intake temps go above 60-65 and when im in boost (couple of runs 3-5th) they dont go past 80* and in the hot summer days ( 95+) highest I saw was 110

I spent more time researching/learning about intercoolers than anything else. Looks like it paid off, and like the turbo, it is still sleeping. Just need a built block and a .81a/r hot side and you'll be deep in the 500's.

LMAO Binder!! I was looking at an Autoblog GREEN entry for the leaf...

Did you notice the GT-R forum I was on. I'm seriously considering buying one vs. putting the LS2 in my Z. Ahhh choices!!!

295/25/21s in the rear have done me well. Falken 452 and Nitto 555s

i think i just made a mess from that sound!

Thanks fellas. the turbo is a JB. Depending on the gear im in, but usually in 5th I see full boost at 3-3.2K.
The bumper is an SL2.
