With that being said, infractions will be given to anyone posting personal info.

If its public, anyone and everyone can very well search for themselves. If you have to let someone know (ie buyer or seller, etc), PM them in case they have to escalate it to another level. Simple as that. I will double check on posting links. However, phone numbers, addresses, license plate #'s, personal photos, etc are not allowed. Im a little torn considering the circumstances, but rules are rules..

 

Even if the D-bag returns the kit and money, will he still be a member? I vote ban him. He may make things right this time, but he still attempted to scam other forum members. If it wasn't for a few vigilant members on here he probably would have went through with the scam.

 

it was a miss understanding, i thought he was trying to screw me so i sent him that... when i finally did receive the package id sold the kit to flo... following so far? then i broke my phone now that i had my phone fix an got there numbers again everything was returned and worked out? no problems

Is this cleared up yet? I believe us mods have our own opinion on things, however we have to stick to the rules. Once the smoke clears we'll see how things turn out. Honestly, whats the difference though? With only 95 posts, I doubt worthy will care if he's banned or not.

 

I suggest we wait...perhaps a week, to ensure all parties received their items from him. If so, we can call it case-closed.

And you know it.

He had many different ways of at least contacting the person who sent cash money... AND why would he bother paying his own hard earned cash to ship q bunch of bottled water to someone he suspected?

Come on... Whether this resolves in a mediocre note or not, he should be banned for life IMHO.

I love you mods, Flo- we're cool, but please, this cannot be tolerated on the forum!

worthy how did u think u wer screwed? jus curious.. so we all can do our hardest to try an understand what made u do the things youve done over these last days

 

reason for sending water bottles was cause i thought i was getting screwed, guy keep saying his "friend" worked at fedex, blah blah blah, then when he really sent it... it wasnt on hold at fedex like he said... it was just a big miss commutation, an both partys have there stuff? me and flo never had a problem... i believe he can agree, this just blew up way too fast.
