Well, if I had none right now, yeah I would buy the J&S. At the time when I had nothing I could have bought the TS flash but I still bought the J&S. I just like the fact that it will do RPM retard, boost retard or both, also will retard if it detects knock, which is a big saftey bonus there. More safety the better right.
I use it with the EFMU and stock injectors with 7psi. Now with 9psi I'll use it with larger injectors and the EFMU.

There really isn't any reason to go with both, it's not like your running some crazy ammount of boost and nitrous or something like that, it's just not needed. I went with RC 440's.
380cc's flow just fine, see my charts and pop right in w/o splicing, there isn't anything wrong with the flash either it works well. I think he (Bonz) is going in the right direction with his setup and I am sure spazpilot and others would agree!

I have received your letter of interest in our product. It is always
interesting to see how our product is perceived by potential customers
and your letter is a great example. The internet provides a good
avenue for shoppers to do research on many product. The unfortunate
side of this information is that it is often one sided. For example,
how could anyone determine that a there is a failure rate of "8%" when
the number of units sold is not public information? Again, suggesting
that the only safe way to supercharge a 350Z is with a roots style
blower because of the compression ratio of the engine. So this person
believes that it is safer to put a hot charge of air into a high
compression motor than to used intercooled boost? If lower boost is
desired, then simply run a larger pulley combination and slow down the
supercharger. The bottom line is that the engine failures which have
been reported are explainable. I believe this was well detailed in the
response you referred to in your letter. As far as the need to perform
a factory installation to prove a point, that is actually going to
prove the wrong point. These system can be installed easily by the end
user and really does not require special tuning to be safe. For
optimal performance and reliability, tuning can be used.
I want to thank you for your input and for the opportunity to use your
vehicle, but there is not real advantage for us to do so. If you are
concerned about proper installation of the ProCharger, you may want to
contact some of our dealers and see if you could arrange to have the
system installed by one of them.

Thanks Eagle, that is the same guy that wrote the letter EJ posted about how many they have sold so yes it *is* public information, but whatever.
As for the installed by end user easily with no special tuning required to be safe I say BS, utter BS proven here by many blown engines. Pretty pathetic letter, go read the other one someone posted by this same guy that claims the guy has a modified car when his car is and always has been bone stock and he and many others have detonation. This company is like a merry go round, one minute they are good the next they suck. I just got my bill today for one very small 22 teeth compressor pulley and one very small compressor belt and it was $122.00 dollars. I assure you if this fails again I am selling the kit, removing it completely, I have thrown thousands at this kit and Nissan themselves installed mine the second time.
As for injectors flowing plenty, once again that is BS utter BS.
A flow test was done on the Ultimate Z car with the stockers and they were like exactly .1 lean above 6k rpm's at WOT. Why do you think we all bought larger injectors at the tune of 900 bucks for fun?
One must only visit the web site in my sig and look at the 4 tiny holes in the stock injector to see why they don't flow well. I reccomend anyone running boost 7 lbs or larger get larger injectors at least 380cc's it is cheap insurance.
I have ran 6, 7, 8, 9,10 and even 11 lbs of boost and I am currenty at 9 PSI and have posted A/F numbers so I think I am well qualified to speak on this issue.
I do not owe nor I am indebted to anyone here so I can speak with impunity with the guildlines of being truthful of course, which I am being. Allot of this stuff being posted is pure nonsense and some of it is blatently false such as some of the info in that letter from Eagle. What they consider "safe" and what I consider safe must be different I guess.

I haven't read the whole thread but just wanted to throw in my .02. If Iwas going to ad any other different type of FI then the greddy I would still go with the ecu upgrade and 380 injectors. Remember with the greddy kit I got the 440 injectors and the emanage and still went with the ecu. Anything that has no timing controll is a very bad idea. You car will blow up!! CJ
