That just means non from the factory. Get on the horn and order one from someone who has them in stock. turbine housings are only like 200$. I'm sure you could find the .81 a/r new from stock somewhere or used.
better get moving though.

I think they were having a bit of a problem with the turbo so it was sent out to precision for warranty work ( correct me if im wrong ) this was a week or 2 ago so im sure it will be up and running soon though

You're right. I am pretty sure they were expecting it to come in soon. Updates should be coming in a few days I would think.
