ebay headers are the same design as the dc headers. same diameters as all the other headers. the only thing is that they are not equal lengh.

So headers made about a 100hp difference , do you guys think the IC was an issue or was it just upgraded for the sake of upgrading? Nice numbers anyway

You can win more then 100hp with a good header on a charged engine.

Nice! So, the 94 whp gain came from the addition of a larger intercooler, headers, and increase in boost by 2-3 psi, correct?

Headers were the main reason/difference here. With the OEM header you could have run 30psi, and it would not make a difference as far as power gains go, because they did not flow past 400whp on that dyno.

I am sure with cams and a mild port would go a long way as well, but I think this is a good start. I bet that a .96 a/r turbine would also help on the top end.

any high boost pulls?

512 on a 6765 on pump gas is pretty nice for daily driver. Nice bump in power.

this is really good news. i bet there would of been some more gain with a plenum spacer or a different plenum all together. i wonder if i should go with cams since my motor is still out.

Find some stock cam dynos. I'm pretty sure there are some 600hp cars on stock cams.

Personally if my cams are damaged from this last incident then i'm not buying new ones. I'll put my stock ones back in.

I will say if you are ever thinking about cams and you have the money do it while the motor is out. It is a stupid amount of work to tear the motor down to do only cams. Once i get my engine back in this time i'll never take it apart JUST for cams in the future.
