Default Another Turbonetics dyno Graph problem.

Well got my o2 sensors changed and my AF straightned out and is not running 10's anymore. Its a steady 11.0 untill redline. Also got back some more power from the dyno last week where I maxed out at 323/343Tq at 9lbs lol.

I just cant figure out whats going on past 5500Rpms. The dyno gets all crazy and drops in power way to early compared to other TN dynos. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing that?

Could it be im running a 4lb spring in the wastegate and its fluttering at high boost levels? I have a AEM tru boost controller.

The 3 runs were all at 3 different boost levels. First run was only 7bs, next 2 were 9lbs and 9.30lbs.

Thanks guys.

who ever tuned your car is an idiot, take it to a good tuner and get that **** fixed. stop the nickle and dime **** and take it somewere that can tell the difference between a supercharger and a turbocharger.

I paid top dollar at a Uprev Pro Tuner. What makes you think its the tune thats screwed up? The place that tuned the car has tuned hundreds of cars locally that are all running fine.

Wow your numbers are pretty close to what mine were on a really conservative tune on 9lbs. 367hp/381tq.

smoothing on the graph is set at zero...so that doesn't help the sharp lil peaks and valleys....but it also looks like timing is a lil low up high. Torque on the TN kits drop off pretty good up high so usually you can ramp the timing up pretty good on them...smooth that out a bit..

I think we were having an issue with hearing knock in the upper rpms. So they backed the timing off alot up top untill we figured it out. I just also pulled my plugs and seen that there gapped at 45-50 so that could have been another issue.

I will post up a graph with the smoothing set at 5
