Default UTEC install ??

I just got my UTEC (used) and didnt come with directions. I know most of it is straight forward but I was unsure where to hook the end of the grey line (shown closest to the bottom of the screen) and which libes to splice for positive and neg connections. I am a noob lol, any input would be great.

Grey line connects to vacuum port thing on the intake plenum (should be on the front left side, and have a covering).

You can find instructions on the TurboXS website about the splicing stuff. I don't think I ever did any splicing with my install though (or not that I remember)

You don't have to splice anything... just ground the black wire. It will work even without it, but you are 'supposed' to in order to help with misfire or something.

Easiest thing to do it get a crimped ended terminal and bolt it right to the bracket that the utec and stock ecu mount on. Once installed in the car it will be grounded through the metal that the ems's get bolted to.

Just tape it off so it doesn't short out on anything. You won't be using it.
