big turbo + small piping = 21.6psi safely on a stock block.

Plenty of people with high mileage boosted blocks on these forums. I was just pleasantly surprised to see Nikki's car at Zdayz running as strong as it is at ~400whp, supercharged and still strong with well over 100K on it now. Again, tune and install very important. Many times, high HP guys want a seasoned block, not a brand spankin new one, just something to keep in mind. I ran mine for two years stock block at 430whp with no issues, never blew it, just decided I wanted more power and built another block.

Car maintenance is the most important thing once modding aside from the initial install and tune... Monitoring temps, A/F, oil levels and consumption as well as how it looks... Changing the oil regularly is IMO one of the most important things to ensure longevity. It is like a road map to many other things in the car IMO (metals, oil testing, color, etc...)
So are you saying that there's hope to boost Z with 80k miles?
My power goals are only high 300's, close to 400.

Assuming that the Z has been properly taken care of. Especially engine maintainence.

Absolutely, a good tuner and a conservative tune is key... Boost application will play a role too, but there are plenty of people with supercharged and low pressure turbo Z's that have had plenty of success for extensive period.

You will of course still have to check things all the time to make sure a small problem (which almost always occurs no matter what) doesn't become a bigger problem. If your in the neighborhood of 370-380whp you will be safe with a good tune. Like I said I now know several people with over 100k on their cars that are boosted.

In the end, every car is different as is the driver and how it is driven/ taken care of. A brand new built motor can blow within a few miles too, there is never a guarantee on anything with modded cars.

Thank you for all the info!
I'm a lot more excited about getting into FI.
Time to continue my research!

Please, someone dig up that scene or picture from Super Troopers of that guy. "They think I'm Mexican."
