Jorge,

yea for sure.. i just went over and hashed out some questions w everyone...

theres the 35 the 37 and then the crazy big 76 mm .. which we are NOT going to use... haha. Boost kicks in at like 5k i guess.

What they are wanting to do is change the wastegate position, try out larger tubing configurations, and map it for Osiris. Now im a bit more clear on what they gain by using my car etc.

SO, w that in mind, i had just bought a JWT clutch and i do daily drive, so we are going to keep it in there... so that limits my overall HP.. were going to stay under the 600 hp mark and im totally cool w that.

It will still have a huge fuel system etc.. and all the goodies.

Talked to Tyler and Pete about the EBC.. totally unneccesary.. they will adjust the proper wastegate spring for me, do the math, figure out my tuning etc... and we will set it and forget it.
If they want crazy dyno pulls, we will have to stick a different clutch in it for the day, but when i drive it off, it will be JWT.

SO my answer is..... NO EBC AT ALL.

thaks all.. im learning quickly.

OP. the not-production-released-revised piping will allow you plenty of turbo options....not just the gt37r which will give you the ~700whp goal...anyways
On EMS, since proefi is local id do that...and ask for the i-boost and dont stress it any more about what you will do with regards to boost controllers...gears...settings..etc.
Osiris might not be final on yoru car...just as a new option since utec is gone. for production kit.... either way you'll be fine...
Haltech is good too but due to location there are good options.
Dude what the ****! I haven't seen you on here in forever.

True, I bumped my boost on race fuel to 19psi and hit 630 easy. Plan was to run it this weekend on that boost with more timing but my Haltech is just died....this forced indution is a *****

Funny I'm running a Synapse due to my Tial wastegate failing so exactly the same boost. I swapped out the Haltech on the dyno with my old Utec.
Remember wastegate set exactly the same, AFR tune more or less the same and copied the timmings. The Utec lost more than 60hp

there is something else going on then. giving the same timing and AFR, you will not lose 60hp.

I think it's all utec. Said more or less the same AFR.
My map is 0-20psi, so ran a little richer. The car doesn't run smooth with the utec at all on 19psi.
edit Must be spark blow out/weak spark with the added fuel, power is only around 565.
edit It shows knock on high rpm no matter how much timing you pull or advance.
Must be the utec confusing knock with blow out

Dialled the boost down 5psi and running smooth now, making just over 530hp

or maybe your knock settings are too high. When it detects knock, it pulls timing. which could easily result in 60hp less, depending on what you have the UTEC set to do when it detects knock
