well a good quickhand way of comparing exhaust flows is just looking at the pipe (diameter) volume.
piR^2
That tells us that the dual 2.25 has more area, BUT again this isn't the correct way to do things. The correct way involves some more serious mathematical calculations, and I'm pretty sure nobody here wants to do a triple integral or has the software to do it for them.
I'd say go bigger diameter downpipes and single exhaust, because that will be a great improvement. 2.5" downpipes to 3" should in total out flow your current system. But a full 3" (3" downpipes to 3" single) would be even better. That should actually net you some power and response, while the 3" muffler section will keep your car on the quieter side. 4" pipes are always loud regardless of what mufflers you put on there, they have just a very big deep tone. If you are too loud, just buy a cheap silencer for your tip.

All good I could talk all day about it.

Last year was the year of cooling for me and I've never had a single issue, including some hour long enduro races I ran last year and this year.

Big Koyo Rad 53mm running only water and water wetter.
Big Opening Kuruma Z Bumper (I have a G)

Big (19 Row) GTM oil cooler mounted passenger side bumper opening.

This winter I want to get some ducts to the brakes, I currently use Ti Shims to help with fade

Are you running an oil cooler? Where did you mount so that the intercooler isn't in the way?

See I spoke with Tony from Motordyne and he suggest I don't do 3" turbo back, apparently even turbos need some back-pressure.

So the setup would be from downpipes, to 2.5" Fast Intention Test pipes, to 2.5" y-pipe, to 3" single y-back.

Hey OP,

My buddy Brian was making 550whp with a JIC Y-pipe to a 3" JIC single exhaust. He had Greddy TT kit as well. Hope that info helps.
