Update 1: 404rwhp @ 7psi
Well....ran into some problems with the boost controller on the Haltech. Thinking maybe the driver isn't working properly. The mac solenoid doesn't click while it is on. So, either I send the Haltech in, or I can just wire a boost controller up and do it external. Will give a call in the morning to see what would be the best option.
All the hype to be delayed for a few days longer. I apologize guys for the big let down.

Nobody feels the sense of disappointment more than you man... and I'm almost positive everyone in here has been in the position at least once. I'm pretty much just counting the minutes until Hal weighs in here- Either way I'm sure things will get sorted out.
Good luck!

if the solenoid works with base map then the haltech is fine and somethign in the settings on your custom map need to be adjusted.
This is a common occurance people have. Usually just a slight overlook in the settings for the boost controller. It took me a little digging to get mine to work properly and it was a simple mistake on my part in the setup.
Should be an easy fix. I'm sure your tuner is using open loop (set duty cycle) but just in case he's not have him try that first before trying closed loop (like boost per speed, ect).

Well started the day at the dyno. Uploaded the new map from Haltech, to try the solenoid out again. We end up running into the same problem. Solenoid not clicking. Checked everything on the ecu side, all is good. Check solenoid, it's getting hot but not clicking. So, we hook up a new solenoid to the ecu and it starts clicking. Long story short, Haltech fixed my back-end problem with the map, and the solenoid was bad as well.
Now for the info you guys want to hear.
We dynoed at 18psi and made 602rwhp uncorrected and 581rwhp SAE. Needless to say, I have no kind of traction on the streets lol. I'm glad to finally have her all tuned. Now I can concentrate on the body, as she needs some love there..
I'll get the video upload here in a bit.
