hmm, that's odd it waves like that? Could it be due to the fact that it only adjusts in 500rpm intervals on the ss box?

I'm confused on that boost drop. Tire spin would decrease load but the rpms are going up so shouldn't the boost stay constant still since boost is directly related to rpm and not to load on a supercharger?

you might have to just rent a dyno. I know it's a nightmare to tune mine now at the higher boost levels on the street so i gave up and rented a dyno.

Only thing I think could cause that jumpiness in your A/F would be fuel pressure. Uprev doesn't even have enough control to make changes every 250rpm. Maybe your FPR and/or boost reference is jacked up. Have you tried logging boost or fuel pressure alongside everything?

Amazing how a very minor problem with an easy fix can be so F___ing complicated, especially, when it is compounded.......

The problems causing Major AFR flucation was:

1. Bad Innovate Wideband O2 Sensor
2. Exhaust Leaks, even a pin hole can cause afr readings to be lean.....

Now, back to tuning, results soon.......

Attached AFR Log, still has a few small areas I'm working on, buts it's getting close.....

Then off to the Drags........

good thing is whenever my widebands went bad, they didnt "sorta" work. They just died. Make troubleshooting super easy.

good to hear you are back on the road

good deal!

glad it worked out for ya.

that a/f curve looks pretty good. Mine always is wavy no matter how much i adjust. For some reason it's just like that on mine. The only way for it to look perfectly smooth is to increase the smoothing on the dyno graph but that's not changing it, it's just "smoothing" what you see.

Looks good. You should be able to flatten out the a/f with a combination of MAF table tweaks and minor fuel table changes. Takes alot of practice to get it right especailly because there are delays in what the o'2 outputs and where you 'think' you should be adjusting on the tables. Doing a high-gear pull makes it a little easier.

always wondered if the was a Delay.....

How much of a Delay are we talking about?

My Innovate WideBand reads 12 time per second or .08 Seconds

Delay varies on so many factors. Best thing is a long 5th gear pull to minimize transients... dyno's do come in handy at times

This has Been a bit of a Long Road. Tuning and diagnosing Tuning Problems, then have Driveline noises, replacing axles and having a Custom DriveShaft Made, but it's Done....

My Final Results

All done with same tuning and dyno equipment, only dif was Ambient Temp varied.

Comparing Apples to Apples

First "440cc Street" 445whp/375wtq 14.87 Psi, 93 Octane (Ambient Temp 85*+)

Before - adding 24x12x4 core Intercooler, 34/28 cog, Dw600cc, Dw300 and CJM Stage 2

Note: On this setup and tune (440 street) Car ran 11.85@118.67 in 2008
Just for comparison STR8DUM1 made 457whp on his Vortech and ran 12.36@116.55 (similar HP, similar MPH)

Second "600cc RFS Street" 513whp/408.4wtq 16Psi+, 93 Octane, Timing 13*-16* (Ambient Temp 82*)

Third "600cc RFS Race" 540whp/435.8wtq 16Psi+, 105 Octane Race Gas, Timing 18*-21* (Ambient Temp 80*)

Horse Power varied +/- 10hp depending on run and conditions.....

People will say and do what they want on this forum, so have at it guys....
It is what it is.... I will have to back it up with Drag Times Soon...

Please read whole thread before asking questions that were already answered.

Thanks now I have something new to work towards haha. Any vids of the run? Full interior/spare? Looks like u ran skinnies?

Curious if anyone knows what is the stock block record (f/i type aside)? Can't tell from the 1/4 times list there are no mentions if built or not..

Per the List AJ_350z 11.036@122.24
