Too funny,

#1 claims to be at 8lbs or even less because 10 pounds isn't safe. He said that himself, I was at 11 pounds and remain at 10 pounds and yet was listed at 9 lbs. Skiddazzle is not running 10 pous I am every day!

#4 admits to no timing fix yet and was at 6.2 lbs and was listed at 7 with an emailed dyno without any "ink in the printer" now claims to be running an 8 lb pulley and pulled the boost number off a Dyno Jet when Dyno Jet's don't give boost levels, yet I hit 10 pounds every day all day. Sorry this top 10 list is bogus and worthless. Call Tadishi, Danny, Mr. Twisted, Chebosto, EJ, Bcioli all will verify my 11 PSI runs yet I am taken off the list, I have a Dyno I just say that Dyno's are tools not horse power machines, in fact a dyno killed my last engine haha. Dyno away with your dream list. Paging Skidazzle your running 10 pounds eh? Some of these threads are just plain silly. I was added without my permission then taken off without my permission. I could post a dyno right now at 365 or even over 400 but why if the list is Bogus? I think I will just stick to my track slips and pics, Dyno's kill and to get on one at 8 lbs w/o timing retard is just crazy but then again so is removing all of your stock guages. All of this because #4 wanted to move up a knotch, how scientific!

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=58191

I think from now on I will stick to my time slips and pics.

[/B][/QUOTE] #4 admits to no timing fix yet and was at 6.2 lbs and was listed at 7 with an emailed dyno without any "ink in the printer" now claims to be running an 8 lb pulley and pulled the boost number off a Dyno Jet when Dyno Jet's don't give boost levels,
Thats funny,Where did I E-mail my DYNO?I reprinted my dyno nice and clear for ALL to see..And where do you see a BOOST level on my DYNO GRAPH???I merely said the guage the guy used read 6.5 @6000 rpms...My guage now reads between 7-8lbs...

yet I hit 10 pounds every day all day.
And yet the $40,000+ you claim to have spent you have NO DYNO NUMBERS to back up your CLAIMS..
Sorry this top 10 list is bogus and worthless.
Then why are you still posting about it??
Call Tadishi, Danny, Mr. Twisted, Chebosto, EJ, Bcioli all will verify my 11 PSI runs
But once again STILL no DYNO....Hold on.Call my Friends ,cousin's,sister's,half-brother's,stepchild and ask him how fast my car is.
yet I am taken off the list,
Is this the SAME BOGUS list you speak of?Remember, the one you care so little about..
I have a Dyno I just say that Dyno's are tools not horse power machines, in fact a dyno killed my last engine haha. Dyno away with your dream list.
So I assume then the REST of the performance world is on the wrong page...You have the answer of course..
Paging Skidazzle your running 10 pounds eh?
So lets flame someone else now.. Jealousy gets you NOWHERE!!

Some of these threads are just plain silly. I was added without my permission then taken off without my permission.
Thats funny,I see back several pages you VOLUNTERED your HP #'s..Now the 180 comes and you suddently own the rights to your DYNO #'s You claimed on a PRIVATELY OWNED FORUM..

I could post a dyno right now at 365 or even over 400 but why if the list is Bogus?
So please do so...And put all the doubts to rest...

I think I will just stick to my track slips and pics,
Be forwarned we will ask for timeslips too!!!

Dyno's kill and to get on one at 8 lbs w/o timing retard is just crazy but then again so is removing all of your stock guages.
And so is taking your car to someone to install the 8lbd kit,DYNOing it 40+times lean(with NO GUAGES!!) then blowing your engine, posting your whole case on the internet, suing, and putting the same kit back on your car and claiming to be over 400hp with NO LEGITIMATE PROOF and expect not to get called out!! Then CRING LIBEL AND SLANDER everytime someone disagrees or questions you...

All of this because #4 wanted to move up a knotch, how scientific!
Be careful...I believe thats LIBEL...No wait,SLANDER..
#4 never questioned the X-#1 until #1 called BS on #4's Sponsorship and attempted to make a FOOL out of #4..The X-#1 just needed a little reality check that if your gonna cry BS on someone else,BE prepaired to have it CALLED on you...

I think from now on I will stick to my time slips and pics.
I think that is a good idea..You have officially been OWNED...

These numbers will change soon. But I have time slips and dyno sheets if necessary. I would think this is good enough for the top 10-15 spots for now.

RWHP was done at 85+ degrees and the 1/4 was run at about the same temp. on stock 17 rims/tires. (no race preperations were made) Not to mention the car almost died in between shifts.

I think race preperations should be listed as well and possibly the use of a mustang dyno since they give higher numbers.
Why do people think that a Mustang dyno gives bigger numbers. Ask the operator of a Mustang Dyno..He will tell you that the Mustang gives 10 to 15 % less HP than a Dynojet Dyno . I just had my G35 AT5 dynoed and with all my mods , headers, cats, stillen dual, stillen cold air box, Z tube, crawford plenum. And it came out at 219rwhp at 6,200 rpm on a Mustang and the operator eqauted it to 245 rwhp on a Dynojet . Stock AT5 ..Gs and Zs...are at 220 rwhp on a Dynojet .The operator [doing dyno work on a mustang1710 for 20 years ] said He could set up the mustang to run with no load and the numbers would come out just like a Dynojet

Thanks for the compliment Daking . I'm keeping this thread as real as possible. Anyhow, after thinking about Michael's dyno for a moment, he is running 400rwhp @ 7psi. At 10 he was only seeing something like 430 ish, but was toooo damn rich a/f wise if I recall correctly.

Anyhow, there will be a 9psi ATI dyno pretty soon. A fellow Z owner in the local area, is getting the ATI kit w/ 9psi. He's going with the J&S for timing retard as well, but is going to stick with the DFMU for a/f tuning. It's going to be interesting to see how the DFMU handles 9psi of boost. I'm waiting for him to get the parts in, and hopefully everything will go well with the tune, but that's still atleast like a week and a half off before we get to the tuning part. Anyhow I'll be sure to get info on the numbers once they're official.

OH yeah, and this list aint bogus, it's my attempt at recognizing the people that are modifying their Z in pursuit of performance, I think they should be recognized for what they accomplish, that is not grounds for the word "bogus". That's like telling the individuals w/ these cars that they are full of $hit. B.t.w., thanks for everyone who has contributed their dyno's to this thread, and to the community as a whole, it's kik a$$ to see your work pay off, but nothing comes close to actually owning these cars. I know I'm one of the unlucky souls that wishes I could see what these kinda power levels feel like rather than just see a number on a website/dyno graph.

So my question is, when are we going to see something from the Aussies? Didn't I read about a kickass turbo setup a while back? With those and the JUN car (well...in absence of another overseas car with crazy power, but not right now) should the list be edited to "Domestic Top 10" and "Foreign Top 10"? It could inspire some real patriotic build-ups. Or not. Sorry Mr. Gore for wasting space on the 'Net.

Well if I am not mistaken,COmpany cars like the JUN or Top Secret were excluded from this list for unfair advantages...This list was for personal owned vehicles..I did read something BIG in Australia about a turbo kit, but that was a while ago and I havent heard anything since..

Bogus was a poor choice of words , Inaccurate would have been better sorry. For the record I meant no disrespect to Skiddazzle, his monster belongs on the top, I have followed his posts since Nov 2002 when he still had suspension parts on order from overseas. He is the pace setter in all areas.

Today at 1700 PST 1-28-04 I safely made 10 lbs all day long while I drove and a board member here verified my Boost levels. I have done this for several weeks now daily w/o issues. with witnesses, several of them yet my setup and my choice of vendors continue to get unfailry trashed and they do not post in defense just saty sold out or booked 5 days a week! Yet also today 1-28-04 another member said he should post his 350Z "Dyno" someone who is on this top ten list. Was he being atoganistic like others are if so why? If not then he shouldn't be on the list or it is innaccurate, want a link?

We made about 4 WOT from a dead stop runs , and a WOT from aroll 10 lb freeway run that was unreal. I ran her as hard as I could, then we went and did some side kick outs on boost, all at 10 pounds. I was powere braking at a light and my azz end was going left to right, I realized that I still had torque management on lol so add 30 % more power to that 10 foot burn out we laid from a dead stop!

If 7 lbs makes X amount of RWHP and and every 1 lb of boost on the ATI makes 15 lbs more then I must ask again, what do you think 10 pounds would make? Over 375RWHP or less? Skidazzle AND his buddy said he wanted to stay at 7 lbs and watch others run higher boost on stock internals, you had him listed at 10 lbs not 7 so I simply thought it was innacurate. I made 11 punds in So. Cal with 5 witnesses and one here locally 6 total.

It's real easy to hate on the fastest Boosted 2003 350Z A5T on the West Coast anyone questioning that is more than welcome and actually encouraged to come stage next to me the tracks are open here. We can video tape a 1/4 mile to me that would be more credible than this, that is all I am saying and no ill intentions are meant by this post just "keeping it real." Some people like to race their cars and DO hold stock in time slips, I have several at my website with a trophee in my sig. Once again though I bracket race so fastest and highest horse power isn't my goal consistancy is, that is why I bought an A5T. Hope this clarifies.

daking350- actually, that whole excluding the corporately owned cars thing is probably a good and reasonable idea, didn't really think about it I guess. I do still wonder about our friends down-under though...

The general consensus when the thread started was not to include corporate owned cars for very obvious reasons. If I do see dyno's someday from any of the corporate platters i'll post it on the thread, but it won't be on the list. I'm only recognizing privately owned Z's It's somewhat difficult to keep track of all the info pertaining to the Z owners ans what boost levels their running, along with other info that's recorded on here, but I'm trying . As for 10lbs Max... simply awsome to hear that's daily driven!

Man, there are a lot of bad *** Z's on the list. Congrats to everyone that went FI and have a top 10 spot. However, I think we're going to have a new #1 sometime real soon.

T32gzz has achieved the following:
5.0 psi = 350 rwhp/329 torque;
8.0 psi = 438 rwhp/408 torque;
8.5 psi = 450 rwhp/? torque.

He has posted that he will post his dynos and pics soon.

Looks like the Twin Turbos, now that they've been out for a little while, hold the top spots. Congrats t32gzz for making #1. Hopefully, my Greddy TTZ will soon be added to the list somewhere. It should be completed and tuned sometime this week. Guru will likely post the dyno's once everything, including tuning, is done.

Thanks for the props! I wanted to make the top spot, but was unsure when we started dynoing if it would actually happen. Anxious to see Yancy's numbers.

Big thanks to Juztin for maintaining this and putting up with all of us!

Thanks bro!

Remember the days when we all thought like 250-260 rwhp was a lot??? lol Now we're sneaking up on the 500rwhp mark only a YEAR later. Wow.... as so many people have put it before, awsome times indeed for our community!

Now for all the peeps that have any sort of FI being worked on right now, best of luck on your installs, and if you'd like post up them results so I can see if I can get you guys up on the list! Congrats to the #1 guy, well deserved work on a well built Z
