I believe Enjuku had a 4.2 with Stillen SC and was pulling 500whp (if I remember correctly). I have the magazine somewhere. I have Stillen stage 4 with their piggyback (which is useless) and i'm pulling in the low 300whp. I have a 600cc plus the Osiris i'm getting ready to put in and have it dyno tuned. I was told, with the parts I have in my car currently with a stock motor, I can get close to 400whp. I'm sure with a 4.2 it wouldn't be a problem reaching mid to high 400's, if not 500 to the wheel.

But, as everyone says, the Stillen SC is limited. At the same time, I like the Stillen sc.

Vortech S/C 418 rwhp. Go Vortech and do it right - add the necessary additions to it so you'll enjoy. Just a few to mention: oil cooler, cams, good heavy duty clutch, good intercooler as a starter. Don't go the short route, it's an investment for fun. ZCargarage.com is a good place to get information too. They did mine and I've had a blast with it and it runs like a champ, eeerrrrr it runs nicely. No street racing :-)

Those threads would pop up every so often but after years of it... They actually had a pretty good plan/layout of the kit, but never committed.

"I was told" Seriously... it will probably be a long and disappointing experience.

OP. Not sure if youve read my thread I started but here is the highlight of it all.

This Roots M90 or M112 Eaton blower is possible if you have the stillen kit. However, you had better know of a good fabricator to modify some parts to get it to fit. If you already plan on cutting your hood..the M90 only needs .4" more of vertical clearance to fit so you could just buy a big hood scoop. But I dont think this has been done in the past and could turn out to be the biggest headache ever. But pioneering is how we learn and teach others. If your stuck on Roots and have the time and engineering capability and are a risk taker...Try it!! The instant power on this would be crazy.

Ive heard of a larger blower. M90? Can I swap out mine for the larger breather?

Member - sucks that every dimension is bigger. http://www.capa.com.au/eaton.htm

a M90 would really make some power or a M112 would be sick. Just would need a big hood scoop like the stangs. Make 600whp pretty easily i'd imagine

It (M90) would be a much better option (displaceing 1.5L of air per rev, vs 1.0L on the M62, but it is larger, and won't fit. You could start messing around with the hood, and a bunch of other mods to make it fit. IMO not worth it.

S13 has tons of space in the engine bay. That is why it is chosen as the host chassis so often in builds. It should not be cramped. Guys stuff RBs in those things which is a long-a$$ motor.

Look at the tvs2300 blowers as well. Very compact and could be adapted with the right amount of engineering analysis and execution. You need someone that is capable of thinking critically and objectively to get things to work right.

I think if you can just modify the supercharger top mount plate to fit the new blower you would be golden. Im not sure how much heat would come into affect though as the smaller blower already has a heat issue.

Hmmm...Since your moving more air would you create more or less heat with a roots style? Anyone?
