Default How much boost?

Hi i just rebuilt my motor with 8.6 aria pistons acl bearings and rods and arp bolts with cometic gaskets. I also got the uprev tuning done. What is a safe boost with a sc for this setup? thanks

I was wondering this also. I'm about to start my build, and was wondering wheres a good starting point for boost. What size injectors do you have? What supercharger?

between 1-26psi.


Pick a number.

Cmon man.. you didnt leave a single detail about your supercharger. How would anyone give you useable info?
What about your fuel system? its all relative.. please read the stickies in the top of this section.

I'd say try 50 psi and work ur way up or down.. Its the only way!

i say get a jet engine to power the supercharger so it spins at one bazzzilion rpms. if you do that your boost will be............wait for it.................over 9000!!!!!! then you can be like omg you guyz suck y u run turboz n noz? i makz over 4000000 hp with just my superz

I say crank it up until it pukes a rod, then back it off 2 psi.

i cant believe no one has recommended dual single turbos yet. haha.

its a singe turbo kit, but theres two of them.. i am not sure what people are doing about mouting the 2nd intercooler tho.. im thinking of roof mounting or mounting just under my wing.

Alright, even my jokes arent funny anymore..IM OUT.

An overspun T-trim blower will get you 18~20 psi on a supercharger....that's about the limit of what a supecharger can do, and your engine should be able to handle that....






























but I recommend some stickers for an extra ~10 psi up to 1000 whp...
