Yesterday we finished the second round of tuning on one of our customers G35's. First attempt the clutch didn't even try to handle the power the Greddy TT G35 could make. We installed an OS giken twin disc and he broke it in for a 1000 miles and came back. Here were the results...

This is pretty much the max I would run the single walbro set up. Also his manual boost controller kept tapering to 16lbs towards redline. We are going to be doing a twin pump set up as well as an EBC and round three should bring us close to 700HP...Also the car is daily driven and fitted to R/T Specs as you can see!!!!

^^^^ sorry I should have gave more specific's
The two boost levels are 16lbs and 18lbs with the 18lb run tapering to 16lbs towards redline.
Motor Specs
IPP stage2 with S7 cams
DW800 cc injectors
Greddy 20g kit
Motordyne TDX exhaust?(dont quote me on that)
Hopefully in the spring we will do an EBC with a CJM Twin Pump assy and see what the 20g's are capable of...

That is a VERY nice power curve. I love that low end torque. I would love for my power to come on that soon.
Vince, i'm curious why the customer is going with a twin pump if he's staying with pumpgas. Especially with those new 340 and walbro 400's on the market.
Also, do you think 700hp is feasible on pumpgas? That seems like a lot more power to pull out of 93 octane.

^^^^^ we are still deciding on the pump actually. Might still stay with a single. The 700hp would be a race gas map so that's why we are looking at a twin pump just in case he decides to upgrade injectors and run some race gas...

i noticed on the engine specs you didnt say anything about low compression pistons, to run that much boost on that block dont you have to lower the compression down to say like 8.5?
Very clean looking car, and solid numbers.
Would you happen to have a boost graph? Interested in the 2500rpm to 4500rpm range. I have had some ideas recently, and these turbos look like they do a great job on the VQ.

Good looking numbers! I saw that your customer might be interested in a boost controller so if he/she is interested in saving some money I have my HKS EVC VI up for sale on here
