Their products are good yes but their are dozens of competitors that are capable of producing the same results and the z being such an old car the customer demand is not enough for people to buy the products. And the cost of course is enormous for car performance parts.... So momentum performance was probably facing the following

Lack of customer demand for such a old car as the z
high costs associated with their products therefore a low customer base pool
A lot of competitors creating kits that can produce the same type of power

I bought a lot of momentum products back then from z1 motorsports and sad to say many of the momentum products are still on z1 motorsports till today means it's been sitting on a shelf for 4 years nobody is buying...
