I know right, but what is that "aero model" business? I wonder if it sticks out past an OEM bumper...which would make it perfect for a Nismo I suppose.

I think it is extended. I have the regular model and my tips barely stick out. It's the one irritating thing about that exhaust.

Greddy sucks! I've been trying to get my turbo exhaust manifolds replaced for the last month. I shipped them to Jet-Hot but FedEx "lost" them in transit. Greddy told me they have 2 passenger side manifolds and doesn't expect to get any more because Trust co. isn't making any parts for the 20g tuner kit right now... ughhhh

Sounds like a FedEx problem on the first part.

From what I know, Greddy has haulted production of the 350 kits, with exception to what is already in stock. There is also a shortage on Mitsubishi turbos do to problems at the factory.

Yeah FedEx has lost my business also over this also but they're simply waiting on me to get an invoice to replace those parts so they can pay to replace them.

So if your manifolds crack (like mine), you're SOL once the existing parts are sold? What options would I have to repair and/or replace the manifolds?

That's what I've been trying to figure out for the last month now. No shops seem to want to figure out this problem and no one wants to start parting out the $10k TT kit on their shelf.

I'm actually half tempted to have an adapter plate made so I can use the GTM manifold with the TD06SH-20G turbo. I'm just worried it might push the turbo to close to the steering shaft

I'm not sure man, other than trying to source them elsewhere. I'm sure Greddy would cast another set for a cost or GTM or a similar shop could probably do something. I think Treadstone makes custom manifolds as well.

It would cost $1400+ to get a couple of those fabricated. The only way to do it right (IMO) is using sch 11 stainless pipe, and that would be for life. It would never crack.

its $900 to buy them from gtm so not that much more + what ever extra you would need to spend to have the adapter added wold probably end up pretty close

Do you have a point of contact over there? I need someone to give me an invoice so I can then send it to FedEx. I need to find someone willing to work with me because I'm sure this won't be easy
