I see, some changes are possible.
A few ounces of oil gets discharged from the turbo after the engine is shut off. This happens over a period of a few minutes. On lower mounted turbos that oil can sit in the bearings and seals and can cause premature failure. A simple solution would be to leave the scavenge pump on for a few minutes after engine shut off. What I did was made a pan that holds this oil. It holds about twice the amount of oil I measured after engine shut off. This should keep the turbo nice and dry.

There is also a mechanical check valve that can be used. It closes the turbo supply line as soon as the engine is off, so that the turbo gets oil right away on the next startup. I am sure you have seen it in some of my threads.

You can clock the center housing a degree and the bung is at the bottom. That is how it is setup right now on my car. So far not a single puff of blue smoke. The car is super quite now with the turbo in. I can definitely feel this car becoming turbo. Hopefully I can finish all the fab this week. For fuel I have a set of 600cc injectors to go along with osiruis. I will more than likely use 255 pumps.

Here are some updated pics. The car is completely done and all we have to do now is tuning. I installed a 4lb spring in the wg just to get a little taste. With checking afr I was able to at least hit some boost. Car feels like stock and but starts to pull up top. BOV is super loud to BTW haha.

Worked late last night and came up with this header on the driver side. I used the same tubing here as I do on our 1000hp manifolds, schedule 40 304SS 1.5" which has a 1 5/8" ID. I tried to make the manifold as equal length as possible but there just isn't enough room with these runner size. I'm sure I can get it better next time, or at least the passenger side.

Looks good, but the header will be at least 1/4" shorter after you weld it all solid. It is just crazy how heat shrinks metal. I would have left the 3-bolt flange as the last thing to be welded, because this is where you make sure it is a perfect/consistent fit on a jig.

Good call, but we pre-shrink and heat treat our tubing before even welding Our tubing shrinks about 0.030"/ft with one weld on each end.
Got it all welded up, ready to do the passenger side.
