I never had any of those symptoms and i also had a clean compression check. In fact the car made 733 WHP on a Dyno Dynamics with the bad headgasket lol

that was pushing water with an unsleeved block where the stock bore was actually shifting causing water to get pushed. not your issue.

because it doesnt do it the first pull, usually the second or third after the overflow is already full.

I really think the HG is toast. Sorry. You can ask your engine builder. I would. Communication and documentation is going to be important - best to take this offline for resolution. Good luck.

good friends with him im not worried about him trying to screw me on it just trouble shooting at this point.

it does look like the HG or head is having an issue though. pressure bled it tonight and kept it below -20hg when i drove around the block and it still filled the overflow

Everything you wrote describes my head gasket failure. All of the pressure test were fine, no coolant in the oil still made lots of power but every time I got into the boost it pushed coolant.

Sad to say but I think you HG is done or if your sleeved it may have dropped a hair

I had a problem with coolant mate, I'm on the same turbos as you and I was boiling coolant when I shut the car off which was making air pockets in the coolant system. This caused me to puke coolant and over heat.

Car still made good power etc. I had to fit a new custom colant bleed system and I've not had any problems since then. Might not be your problems but get the car hot and shut it off and listen round the manifold turbo area for gurggling noise etc.

Hope you sort it.

problem seems to be getting worse, looking more like a HG now, bubble bleed it then pressure bled it last night and drove it around a bit never got it over -40hg and it still filled the overflow and got an airpocket in somehow. Ran fine for 15 mins before the airpocket got in though. and there was a little residue in the oil cap. Odd thing is its not coolant in the oil it looks like methanol
