I've had both. The Vortech was cool for a while and was conservatively tuned for 375 rwhp/345 tq. When it blew up after about 20k miles and Vortech wanting to charge almost $2k to fix their faulty bearing, I decided on a turbo. Way more power, way more fun, way more expensive! The kick in the pants you get from a turbo is so much more dramatic when coming on boost versus the Vortech it's not even close.
