Thanks broskie... I'm going to email you about the Cosworth fuel rails if they're still available.
Talk to me. I was going to keep them for myself but if everything goes as planned I won't need them. You already know I'll take care of you.

As a Vortech owner, I agree...thankfully my car is a garage queen so I park the car as soon as I start getting tired of the Vortech whine/rattle...

My tuner has an S2000 with a rotrex blower on it, and I couldn't hardly even hear it...I considered switching to the HKS kit or even a Kraftwerks kit for a while (they run rotrex kits for hondas and had a belt-eating prototype for the 350z for a while), but I couldn't ignore the power potential of the Vortech...

Do you have any video of the hks/rotrex blower in your car...just curious to hear the sound of it...

In terms of peak power the Vortech is King in regards to 350z and supercharger options. The HKSGT8550 is a solid blower but the kit wasn't available as a complete set up(Like the HKSGT8555), if I didn't have an extra bracket I think I would've gotten a GTM Stage 4/5 blower instead of going the extra and going with the HKSGT8555. I don't know what I'll make on the 8555 but I know it'll be more than 460whp and I have better supporting mods than the HKSUSA GT8550 test mule had. There's a pleasant "unknown" in the equation because no one has the blower... so 460whp? Definitely. 500whp+? Possible and very well might be the highest HKS GT set up on this side of the world.

I don't have any sound clips but anything past 4500rpm you can hear the spool... the bypass valve is probably the loudest one I've heard. I often startle people on the highway that are rolling with their window's down. There is a "sucking" sound at idle but no whine at all.

What's up dude?! There's an in ground DJ a couple shops over from Danny and when I'm finished I'll have Danny's tuner do it at that shop. Jake looked rather unimpressed with the output and told me that it was "normal".

I was in utter disbelief until I took the car home... a Vette was driving slow in the left lane right past the Pompano Beach service plaza and I couldn't get around him. 15mins later I was still behind this jack hole then by the Hard Rock I was able to pass and he gunned it... almost as to block me in again... So I gunned it... not even close. He looked up at his HUD in shock as I walked away and then slowed to normal 75mph. The look of horror on his face when he accelerated to see WTF just left him was classic.

Sweet and thanks... I'll email you when I get a chance but I'm swamped this week and it looks like I'll be forward deploying to a ******** eating MRE's and pooping a bag in the near future for remainder of my deployment

That's the same dynojet I used prior to the Mustang dyno. RageTek I believe is the name of the shop. Got to love the Vette guy's LOL.

Read... I don't know you or your build but my "295whp" is C6 Vette fast and some people say Mustang AWD's read lower than DJ and DP. DD's and Mustangs are "heartbreaker" dyno's and if your up to it... you can line up against my Z when I get home so I can prove a point. I know you didn't mean ill when you typed this but I'm reading "*******s Finish First"-Tucker Max and I'm having a really shitty week... sorry.
i made 299.9 on a awd mustang dyno thats uncorrected thats why i was saying i was hoping to see at least 400 from a hks set up.

i would line up but i have traction problems running toyo t1r 245's and i know you got some fat rubber on the rear lol.

on a side not i would love to see what a stock block all motor hr could do up against a supercharged z.
my set up is simple cost effective and makes the power. injen long tubes into the beastly HR motor( virgin block ) oem headers spill into some high flow cats into a dual exhaust tuned with uprev.
vettes are fun but porsche and Ferrari's are so much more of a challenge

Mine is corrected but a OEM HKS/Rotrex isn't going to make 400whp... the number most people throw around would be around 360whp. Now I was told to add 25% to 295whp to get DJ numbers so I "made" 368whp and I was aiming for 370-375whp, I was close. 05Z33 made about 22% less on the a same Mustang AWD that I was on. I don't know if you know this but a stock C6 Vette is faster than a Porsche(unless it's a GT2/3 or Turbo) and the guy in the Ferrari probably didn't notice you. I don't have traction problems because:

Nismo Diff
ACT HDSS
ACT Streetlite
Michelin PS2's
RJM Clutch bracket

I don't need a flywheel or clutch cause I has an auto (gathering parts for a swap ) stock LSD still.
It was a f430.
I won't compair myself to a c6 cause when I was untuned with just test pipes they guy around the corner couldent shake me in his beautiful c6 he also owns a Evo 8 mr all done up and a Evo x mr.
