yes i did, tranny came out like cake since the imput shaft was severed lol. going back in was a mother f*cker though, the external dump tubes were in the way. i got it to fit in by removing the passenger dump tube and wastegate. i left the down pipes and the driver side dump pipe and external gate in tact. it took 6 hours tough to get the tranny in and bolted up and the dump tube back on. but it is possible!

got the trans back out again today, make good time got it all the way out in 2 hours, got the slave unit out and it looks like the seal inside the unit itself failed, zspeed has had great customer service through out this mess and is sending me another unit tuesday.
The reason yours blew out is because it over extended due to the slave not being the correct height for the application and not due to a faulty part.
We have different versions (heights) of our HD slave cylinder for Single, Twins and Triple clutches. All are different heights because the clutches are different heights.

Thanks for the props but just want to clarify a few things, from my understanding, you ordered the slave from another vendor which was not compatible with the clutch you have. OS Giken twins and triples are shorter in height than the single disk clutches, If you try to install a single disk set-up slave in a twin disk clutch it will blow out immediately when you push the pedal as it runs out of it's designed stroke distance.
