Default Anyone hear from Intense Power recently?

Like the title says, has anyone heard from Intense lately? My buddy purchased a Vortech off one of their customers setups and there were some parts that were missing that were supposed to be included.

I know they are hard to reach, and I've purchased a ton of stuff from them that took lots and lots of calls just to reach them. Wondering if there is something going on out there that anyone can enlighten us on? We just want to find out about the missing pieces to get everything finished up.

Emails, phone calls, and Pms all with no response.

I have called them several times, to see about having them build a block for me, and have never had a call answered. I searched and read a thread about them having some issues. I was looking into them because they are local for me vs. getting one from IPP or Dynosty.

Friend of mine had a IPP built short block. Never had any problems, and the car made great power. Much better customer care than intense. Who many have had problems with. Just my .02

They have always treated me great over the past 2-3 years. This is like something completely abnormal to me, but I want to get everything that was supposed to come with the kit and finish this car up.

They need to hire a faking receptionist. People want to talk to a person and not mess with emails.

I had an issue with Intense recently over a stupid set of $100 bushings. Long story short I was promised bushings within 3-5 days, a month later after 10+ calls to the shop and multiple emails I had to drive all the way over there just to speak with someone.

Only then did I find out that the bushings were on back order and was promised them within another week. I had to call up there 5 more times and send multiple emails before they just showed up at my door 3 weeks later. I understand they're busy and that can mean limited communication but I didn't really receive any at all. I would even consider doing business with them again had I received an apology of some sort but again I got 0 communication even after all my frustration.

PS they have a backline number that I think is only one number up or down from the reg number, not that it helps I couldn't get anyone to answer that either....

I placed an order for Whiteline bushing on Aug 7th, they shipped aug 10th, and they were delivered Aug 15th. Although, I made sure bushing were in stock before ordering them.
