crazy signals from ecu
Remove the ECU connector and shake the water out of there - allow to fully dry (can use compressed air to expedite). If you don't seal the main grommet properly after insertion of aftermarket wiring, water goes down the main ECU harness as djamps posted...
sure enough it wasnt the ecu connector(which was bone dry) but the engine harness to haltech patch harness connector. water poured out and is currently drying. im hoping i dint fry something by shorting it out.
still gona convert to cable tb to eliminate potential electrical grimlins but now i can do it more gradually(ie redo wiring first and feed stuff directly into the haltech instead of the patch harness.)

sure enough car runs fine now and i feel kinda stupid, shoulda checked that connection and not just the one going to ecu, figured it would be fine since its shielded from the blower motor inlet(which is just a open hole now)
hal is tempting me with a racepak............which i see me probably buying around tax time lol. gona focus on rewiring starter this week and give it push button as well as hook up a two step even though i prob wont use it. then next week ill rewire haltech power and grounds and slowly rewire the entire engine, and finish it off with a cable TB

Dang, you gotta be careful when washing that crap!
Keep checking those sensors. When my haltech went back it was giving me crazy inputs like that so I sent it in and some board was fried. I didn't have water damage or anything. Random fluke I guess.

yah gona look at it later only fired it up really quick after i drained it, hit it with compressed air, then let it sit in my hot *** car for 3 hours while at work. fired up and no apparent issues but only on a quick second ill hook up the computer tomarrow to check.
