Purchased Stillen S/C
Well i finally pulled the trigger and just bought a turn key s/c from stillen. Its being installed by Jtran Studios in Houston, TX. Cant wait.

Congrats but did you do any research on that unit before purchasing it?

i knew i wanted to do a supercharger. they seem to have better reliability from what i've heard and easier to maintain. Stillen had a pretty good setup that seemed very compatible for daily driving which is what i would be doing.
why do i get the feeling you guys know something i don't? i talked to the performance shop before doing all this and they assured me it was a good DD kit.

Good luck on the build. Just don't expect big HP numbers.....

Vortech does not make a kit for the HR btw

No mr sparco, it will clear the stock hood ^_^

hope you're not expecting 500whp on stock engine. nismo 370z with stillen s/c at a local shop only made ~420whp.

think op has an hr so it wont require a new hood since its not root style

Like I said good luck with the kit but a more realistic goal is 400hp I would say

the shop told me around 500 at the crank. with 10% loss through the driveshaft, on the conservative side, im expecting around 430-440 hp.

Oh and yes, i have a 2008 with TD Borla exhaust and dual injen intakes at the moment.

I will personally suggest Vortech tho......500hp is easy to get to
