BUDGET Turbo Project- Started

Car is still running great(littlerich under boost around 10.8-11.0, but I can tune that out now that my wideband is fixed)
I was pulling out of my driveway last Friday and my clutch petal dropped to the floor.
Jacked it up that night and found that the pivot ball snapped off. Ordered a new one from Nissan $6 part, new clip and washer.
I never changed the dual-mass flywheel, so I'm going to swap it out with . . .dun dun dun dun an ebay 14lb flywheel. That was around $270 shipped

Some big updates.
Car is only running 3psi at redline. I think this is due to a wastegate creep, because it slowly creeps from 6psi at 4k to 3.7 psi near redline. So, I installed a manual boost controller.
I had a leak, that's kinda been there since I installed this turbo and recently it broke completely. One of the y-pipe v-band flanges broke off due to bad factory welds, so I welded all the v-band ends on that y-pipe.
While it was off I inspected the y-pipe collector. There was another thread where a member had to open it up, but to it barely having any flow.
This was bad, I cut it open, cleaned it up pretty good and re-welded it and wrapped all the pieces with titanium exhaust wrap.
Unfortunately while installing everything back a v-band clamp broke, so I was unable to test any of the changes.
I also installed a WOT Box which has no-lift shifting and launch control http://www.npcompleteperformance.com/wotbox
I was only running 12.9 quarter at 3.7psi at redline. So trying to get to the track this Sunday(last day it's open) to see what it can do under full boost.

With the changed of fixing the boost with the MBC(now can adjust up to 7.9psi, but was around 6.5psi for my run) + no-lift shift and launch control, my cheap ebay oem clutch disk does not hold. Was only able to do one run at the track 13.08 at 111.75mph. I let the car cool down and tried again, but just slipped in boost. The track is now closed for the season, but I'm going to drop a 6-puck in either this or next weekend.
Before I ran 12.94 at 108mph for reference

6-puck clutch going in (Still ebay $57 shipped) If this doesn't work out then I will buy a real clutch, but trying to avoid that route. Took about 2 hours to jack the car up and pull the tranny, but I had to order an alignment tool. Should be back together this weekend. Also, the transmission fluid is not old. It comes black from the bottle

I had just installed the launch control/no lift shift and had no idea what RPM to set it up at, so I did spin 1st and part of 2nd gear and then the clutch started to slip in the later gears. I do have very cheap tires(sumitomo HTR Z II), but I'll hit up the track after clutch break-in with ~20psi in the tires and see what it does. I'm just going for 12.5 on the street tires, which shouldn't be an issue with that trap speed

First major failed part(kind of)
I originally purchased and installed an eBay Tial wastegate replica
When I was trying to diagnose the WG creep, I installed the original wastegate that came with the godspeed kit and upon testing the vehicle after the clutch replacement, the wastegate fails to open.
I thought it was the boost controller at first, but removed it completely and it still had the same issue.
Fortunately my utec cuts ignition after 8psi, so it spiked to 10psi a few times, nbd.
Going to reinstall the tial replica back and get back to the track after break-in /fine tuning of the 2-step/n0-lift shift module
