What Motor?
What is all of your Setup? Boost? Serp and Cog Pulleys?
Who did the Tuning?
What's your Tune look like Now? AFR's? Ignition Timing? Ect?
What Octane?
Going from stocks cats to Hi Flow Cats will not change the tune much at all, but it will a small amount. If your tune is on the rich side, you will be fine.
Also an Exhaust Leak could cause codes.
What happens when you delete the code?

i checked my exhaust from the rear all the way to the headers i dont see or here any leaks . So you think i should go threw with the hfc's ?? also my car only has 60k on it i heard that nissan covers the cats up to 80k . I dont know if they would cover mine since im supercharged . I just dont want to buy the hfc's then the problem doesnt fix i hate having cel and i dont want the cat to clog the exhaust if its going bad.

"Magnuson moss warranty act"
They must prove that your modification was the cause of the failure (Not just say it did), if they can not do that then they must warranty the part.
On another note, I never threw a code while I had my test pipes on or with my stock cats after I took the TP's off through 101,000 miles. Hell, even with friggn rod knock I wasn't throwing any codes or had a check engine light come on (lol) .... My girl was a tough biatch and just wanted to keep running and stretch her legs.

OP depending on what exhaust you have, that cat may still be in your exhaust. May be worth the trouble to remove.
The driver side usually runs leaner, so maybe it was heat related. My guess is upon hitting fuel cut at some point you shot a bunch of unburnt fuel into the cats and they burned it up and that one blew out.
Hard to say for sure. But the Magnuson Moss act would not cover this. The SS box altered the factory tune which I guarantee you had something to do with this cat going out.
Usually HFC take extra heat and extra fuel better, simply by allowing the exhaust to flow through easier.

Lots of excess fuel will eat up the cats. But for it to completely gut it, it had to be a ton of fuel. What do your exhaust tips look like? post pic.
I'd check your tune. Many tuners make them way to rich and only tune @ WOT.
If you could get a AFR reading thru Boost and light throttle, I could modify your maps to clean it up some. just need to send me your map and AFR recording.
I've worked with the SplitSecond Box a bunch, and know it pretty well.
