Invest in a wideband so you can at least know where your AFR is at under load.....that would be the first thing i would do....

As for the noise at idle its just your TOB most likely 07-08's are even louder lol...i cant stand that chit lol

Haha but he did say he wanted hands on so it can't get any better then that! Me personally would just have gone supercharger.

Should i go get y car tuned first then like looked over by someone to see if anything is wrong

Sometimes after driving the car when the cluch is out and im in nuetral i hear a rattlin sound when indepress the cluch it goes away. I have a act ss heavy duty cluch can anyone tell me what is the reason for that. Also my cluch squeeks from nuetral to first most of the time.
Why don't you buy a real turbo kit and get that **** off of your engine? When your engine blows and you complain I'm going to laugh. No one here is joking about you returning your car to stock. That turbo kit is known to have many problems and ****ing up engines. I'm saving up for a Z and even I know that. If you can't follow that simple advice then no one will feel sympathy for you. Just like that guy who gave his gf's Z the same turbo kit you have. Everyone gave him advice and he wasn't willing to listen, then wondered why he got flamed.

Your first mistake was buying a modified car. Your second was not doing your homework to know vital information about turbocharging a car that did not come from the factory turbo charged. Sell the car, take the money and run because this is a bad money pit that will be sucking the life out of your pockets with more headaches than rewards. Put it on craigslist right now or get a for sale sign right now. Nothing good is going to come from keeping the car so sell it and buy a stock or a lightly modified (by a professional of course) 350Z.

What really classifies someone as a professional? You have to think about that one because there are threads on here about shops who are supposed to be professionals and they mess up some cars pretty badly.
