Over 70k on my boosted PL kit and it's Daily driven. I'm at 410/398 with boost kicking in at the normal 3.2k. You should be ok as long as the tune is solid

 

Yeah when i was on pump i was hitting the 3.2K mark aswell. Now it just seems doggy till the 4K mark on E85.

Binder is hooking me up though. Im getting some logs for him tonight. That guy is awesome.

 

I'm not sure about awesome but I do like to help. Quite a few members on here helped me when I needed it so I like returning the favor when I can. Plus I love cars even if they aren't mine!

how come you are not using the haltech to control boost?

 

At the time I purchased the haltech I already had my hallman rx pro manual hooked up so I didnt know the benefits I would have gained with the haltech ebc.

Is it worth purchasing one?

I was thinking i needed the ebc with the readout and all. Seen it was $200 used. If I can get by with just the solenoid, then that really would make sense.

I do get cranky from time to time but I try to be helpful. I remember when you spent afternoons on the phone trying to help me learn the R4 software so it's only fitting that I return the favor for the new guys.

2 wire hookup and some vac lines. On my boosted performance kit I zip tied my solenoid to one of the shifter braces so it's not far from the turbo. Works perfect.
