Default Greddy TT which test pipes

So I just got done looking at the boost for noobs thread and I didn't see anything on this topic.....does it matter what test pipes you use I trying to get the most power out of this kit on a stock block as possible....I'm running 550cc injectors,walbro 255, uprev tuned by Zfever.....had a supercharger thought I was done with FI but got a turbo kit and need good advice thanks

any test pipes will fit (even stock cats will) but you want as free flowing exhaust as possible... 3" test pipes and dual 3" exhaust would be ideal.

you could run full stock exhaust and still break your stock rods with that kit.

dont worry too much about spending much on test pipes or exhaust.

Even on 5.5 psi which is considered safe by greddy

I have aam, 400hp on stock block. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Then ill get those did it come with the o2 extenders to prevent check engine light

str8 is trying to point out it is wasted money. If you are making 5.5 psi and 400hp you don't need test pipes. So you are wasting money on something you won't use because it's not needed for small boost like 5.5 psi.

running stock cats or HFC on this kit is a bad idea IMO... quick failure unless the tune is perfection. test pipes will let you get away longer with the average tune.
