I think your asking me if the turbo has the E housing on it? If so the answer is NO. I didnt use this turbo with the GTM upgrades, i used a PTE. The included turbo has the original APS modified B housing. You can purchase various parts of the GTM upgrade kit from GTM without getting the E housing. All made to order of course.
As far as the cross member you only need to modify it when you use a larger turbothen the supplied B housing;
