Maybe it's been a while or my sc Trim was tiny but the Ti looks big to me

Colombo, nice! I can't wait to see what numbers you put down. Compared to the YSi, the Ti seems more comparable to the SCi/S trim...

here it is...

going to wait a week or 2 before a tune. drive it around a little and check for leaks/issues then go in for a tune. the 3.12 pulley is installed and will be tuned on this pulley.....first ;-) i will bring my 2.87 and if i feel froggy i may see what it will do at those rpm have it tuned for both pulleys and just run the 3.12

Nice!!! Summit racing sells the tuner kit with this blower for $4100. Is your manifold the older SSV or the velocity? Hope this new one satisfies your needs I plan on going SC this yr with a IPP stg 2 also.

Random question as I have been boosting already a few med pulls Vortech does not require a break in period do they? Car seems to run same as it did with the 928m pulls strong even w 3.12 pulley. Have not hit high rpm but deff high 10-12 fairly quick.

That looks like so much fun! If your hitting 17-18psi with the 3.12, then 2.87 should be 21-22psi correct?

How much more power do you think you will pick up on a new tune?

7200 I'm guessing I wasn't looking down. Also it seems to b a little rich low-mid 10s on the wideband but pulled so strong. Conway I'm not sure but it should make simular power as before sure does feel the same I would love to know what kinda power it will make w the 2.87 but if I makes over 600 I will not even waste my time swapping pulleys

Can't wait to see your results! You just shooting for 600?

How many RPMs are you turning the Ti right now vs. your old blower? 3.12 Vs. 2.87....it's nice to see how the different models overlap. I was talked into sticking with the Si, and at 56K rpm (15+ psi) it immediately poked a stock rod out of my HR. Once my built motor goes back into the car, I'll see how much boost the Stillen design can produce. I'm a little skeptical about the 90-100 degrees of belt wrap.

I was turning a sc trim with 928 impeller 65.5k rpm at 7400 with a 2.87 this is a std street blower w std bearings n such which caused a boom

I am spinning the ti trim which is a street/race blower with race hd bearings to 7400 rpm and a 3.12 to 58k rpm, this blower "should" be able to handle the overspinning much better then the old blower yet I'm spinning it much slower.

Well I was never aiming for 600 before but once I touched it I didn't want to go back. Honestly tho for what I do, autox and road courses this power is almost un-usable but it sure is a blast destroying tires.

Cool. Thanks for the info man. I wish Vortech had made a similar setup for the HR. It looks like the sky is the limit for the DE as long as you upgrade the head unit and intercooler. The Si will probably be as far as I can go with the Stillen kit.
